Adjustable individual thresholds
The RS10 is ideal for detecting print marks with low contrast or handling register marks with many different colors due to its individual threshold adjustment feature. Single screw mounting makes it easy to integrate and adjust in the machine. The round-shaped, white LED improves accuracy at high speeds.

Safe object detection at high machine speeds
The KTL180 reliably detects contrast differences even at high machine speeds. Thanks to its 31.2 kHz switching frequency, a high grayscale resolution and manual switching threshold adjustment, the KTL180 makes for safe object detection.

The sensor for optical line guidance
The OLS is a line guidance sensor based on luminescence technology. It detects conventional luminescent adhesive tape regardless of the background, contamination or surface defects and reliably outputs the deviation from the center of the lane.

Laser contrast sensor
The KT8 sensor family features two variants. The first variant, the KT8L, enables very reliable detection of the smallest contrast marks and objects thanks to the precise laser. Lasers are used in contrast sensors for long sensing distances (up to 800 mm) or for detecting very small objects.
